A few details.
Does submitting an event publish it?
No. WRST reviews requests and source information first. New-event proposals do not guarantee publication. For an existing listing, paste its WRST link into Claim an event. Check your request summary before sending; approved assignments can request corrections from My events.
What does organizer verification mean?
WRST reviews an official contact and your organizer role. It does not guarantee an event, admission or ticket availability. Account access and event ownership are checked separately.
Can I see ticket sales or visitors’ plans?
No. Promoter analytics and billing are not active. Visitors’ private plans, crew notes and memories are not shared with organizers. Future ticket-click reporting would measure clicks, not sales.
What if an event is already assigned or I already sent a request?
The claim search shows assignment state and your open requests. Another organizer’s assignment is not transferred automatically. Track your request in Submissions; withdraw an awaiting-review request before replacing it. Repeated connection retries reuse the same receipt.
What comes after the pilot?
We are considering aggregate event views, ticket-click reporting, campaign links and team tools. Promoter+ pricing of $49/month is a proposal; no paid plan or placement is currently sold.
How do activation and password recovery work?
WRST manually delivers a private, one-time activation link after verification. For recovery, contact support from your official organizer email. Automated recovery email is not available during the pilot.
